No Sound

I just started having a sound issue where I hear nothing. I tried rebooting and it worked. So to make sure it worked I watched a couple youtube videos and started up my World of Tanks client and got no sound again. Tried rebooting again and it had no effect. I am thinking it might be a audio driver issue but I am not sure. Any ideas?

thanks for the help but...um...didn't check the control wheel in my headphones :P

lol it's always the simple things
