Good budget laptop for programming

Tenkimena

Ok I need a good budget laptop (max $450-$500) with a long life battery. Mainly for HTML/CSS and Visual Basic I have lenovo g560e but it is sooo old and just barely runs (just don't ask what happens when open visual studio 2010 waiting 30 minutes to close) I want something to be comfortable to type and maybe running some games (league of legends, Team fortress 2 but not necessary if it is going to be cheaper without games absolutely no problem ) I want to be able to upgrade the ram to at least 6 gigs and that's it...

Edit: Good screen will be good too...

you're asking too much for a cheap computer.

And someone explain to me why people use the term budget, that term doesn't mean anything.

I can have a budget of 10,000 dollars and itd be a budget computer.

I know that but when you type budget it always seems like cheap (just don't fell like typing cheap ) but I'm just asking for a good laptop that can run visual studio 2010 (I said that it will be good for games but not necessary but seriously if it can run visual studio 2010 it will probably run league of legends without problem even with iGUP I don't mind playing on low settings)
