How many watt power supply do i need

I wanna run a system with a

intel 3570k (slightly overclocked)

2x amd 7950's in crossfire (also overclocked)

On a asrock extreme 6 motherboard with 3 sata drives and a disk drive and i was just wondering how many watt power supply would i need for this config

Radeon HD 7950 Crossfire x2 - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

700w unit from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Silverstone, or PC Power and Cooling.

700W PSU is plenty. Gah.. If I see another 1KW PSU I'll blow up.

I'd recommend a 850w unit. While you could technically run it with a 650-750w unit given the rig requires around 600w, I wouldn't really recommend it given you would be running it a rather high load levels, especially when overclocked. Under such levels (80-90%) you would run the risk of seriously decreasing the lifespan, which isn't at all ideal.

I would suggest 750w from seasonic ( their X series are awesome )

A 750w unit will do . get atleast a 80+ silver rated unit from corsair or seasonic....gold would be more advisable!
