Hello! im planning to build a $1000 AMD computer, what do you think about the configuration?

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jrygCJ
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jrygCJ/by_merchant/

 - CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($28.65 @ Amazon) - Can i fit two sp120 fans in this cooler?

  - Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($108.00 @ Newegg) - I think is good value for the money and fit the black and white theme of the build.

 - Memory: Kingston Fury White Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory  ($82.99 @ Newegg) - Im not so sure about these ones, i just think they are going to look cool?

 - Storage: Intel 520 Series Cherryville 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($64.99 @ Amazon) - Good value for the money?

 - Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($81.99 @ Amazon)

 - Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 280X 3GB DirectCU II Video Card  ($239.99 @ Newegg) - Not so sure about this one, an Nvidia card about the same price would be better?

 - Case: NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($104.99 @ NCIX US) - I think it just looks awesome! Seen some builds in youtube with this case and they look awesome.

 - Power Supply: NZXT HALE82 V2 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($82.98 @ Best Buy)

 - Case Fan: Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition (2-Pack) 62.7 CFM 120mm  Fans  ($24.99 @ NCIX US) - Can i put these in the 212 EVO?

Also im planning on buying a 21:9 monitor, because in some softwares the extra screen space it´s very useful, can someone recommend one?

This rig its intended mostly for using software like Blender, ZBrush, Photoshop, After Effects, etc. and some gaming too for a low price.

Thanks in advance for your input.

You might be able to find a GTX780 for about $250 depending where you look. That would be a much better option than the 280X

Also get an 8320 instead of the 50, you get almost the same performance for less money, and you can OC it to get the same performance.

It's an AMD build... and there's used 280X's as well. The existence of used 780s doesn't really prove anything.

The GTX 780 i think  it is more expensive, i wouldn´t buy anything used, i prefer to buy something new, for the same price, my budget for the graphics card it´s 250 more or less, thanks for the input.

No I mean new GTX780s for $250. Not sure if there are any places that sell them that cheap still...

A better psu would be a good idea. Since the H440 has a psu shroud, there really isn't a need for a white model. I would suggest something like SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

You can use SP-120 fans with the Hyper 212 EVO but I doubt that there would be much difference in cooling performance. The sound profile might be a little different, but I doubt it would be worth the added cost.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
