Fan airflow directions?

I have a bottom air vent that is very close to my front intake fans (assume makes a right angle of the corners), if i place a bottom mounted intake fan would the different airflow angles cause any disruptions?

No, as long as you have exhaust fans. It'll probably benefit your dust buildup the most as opposed to temperatures due to positive case air pressure.

Nope, you'll be fine, you're adding more airflow which will be better.

This would depend. OP should make sure that the bottom fan mount is filtered, because if it isn't, it will just increase dust buildup inside the case.
