Fan and pump controlling?

I am building a a brand new pc. So i needed a way to control fans and pumps so it is not loud when i am just surfing on the internet.

Here are the components that i have

 

 

  • Noiseblocker Blacksilent pro pk3 140mm i got 6 of these bad boys  

 

  • Noiseblocker pro Blacksilent pro pk3 120mm i got 8 of the ones 

 

  • Swiftech d5 pumps  

 

I hope that you guys can help me and in case you guys need a motherboard to help me troubleshooting i am rocking a evga z97 classified

Get 2 6 channel fan controllers and let the rest be controlled by voltage/PWM via the motherboard or if you can find one a 10 channel fan controller.

Get a couple of these http://www.xoxide.com/modmytoys-3pcb4x3-pinblock.html and let them be controled by the mobo. (nice choice of fans by the way)
