This build will be used for gaming. Nothing bleeding edge or ultra settings. Just a nice little rig that can do medium to high graphics. I dont care if its intel or amd, Nvidia or ati. I have a copy of windows 7 and all the peripherals. I would like to keep the cost around $400 or less. Thanks for the help guys.

The budget is too low for your demands. ITX just can't be done with the kind of performance you want for the price you want.

Maybe you could give a little more specific info on what games you play.

PC: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 || Noctua NH-U12S SE2 || 32GB DDR5 6000 CL32  ||
|| Powercolor RX 9070 Reaper || Asus B650E-I
  || WD 850X 2TB ||  Corsair SF600 || Intertech IM 1 |||
Peripherals: Sennheiser PC  360 G4ME || AOC CQ27G2U || Viewsonic PX701HD || Keychron V1 || Logitech G303 Shroud Edition||| Laptop: XPS 13 2in1 7390 || Steam Deck 256 GB (64GB Version) ||| Cameras: Fujifilm XH-1 || Fujifilm X100T

I would like to keep the build a Mini ITX, I want a very small computer to put in the media center.

Mine is already micro ATX, which is quite small already (minus the case you need to choose a different one). Mini ITX isnt popular so you wont really be able to find those stuff for low end CPU like this

best I can do for ~$400. I usually don't like mail in rebates, but without factoring that in I just wouldn't be happy with the result for $400.

It's enough for most games, and if he needs more down the road there's an open DIMM and Crucial Ballistix Sport is very common, so it's an easy as pie upgrade when he finds a game that needs it. He just has to make sure to be careful about how many things he has open at once.
