Finding a video card...

I'm looking for a video card the MUST have the following:

 

1. Single slot, full height

2. HDMI and Displayport

3. a cooler fan shroud that can be easily removed and painted, Black or white PCB is a plus

4. dirt cheap, willing to even look at used junk

 

anybody know where to look? or what models to look for?

htpc, remote game recording, home server, media, general use, very light gaming [think multiplayer gaming(low-med settings), just following myself around while gaming on my main machine, frame rates are not important at all]

 Most (I think ALL) cards under $50 don't have a shroud, just a little heatsink for the GPU.
