Is 69 Celsius high CPU Temps?

it is at idle 

 

Edit: Im only running hawrdware monitor,ITunes and Chrome 

 

EDIT: my ambient temps are 32 Celsius and with the stock cooler

 

32C ambient is pretty hot but I still think 69 is too hot for idle temps.
