I heard that prime 95 isn't good for stressing haswell processors but unfortunately I did run it twice on my i5 4440

So is the over voltage that it does is temporary or permanently !?  I want to know so I can decided if that game is unstable due to bad optimization or that CPU thing :D

Prime 95 is fine, there is no better test for CPU stability imo (apart from Flight Simulator X I swear which still crashes even when an OC passes Prime 95 with flying colours).

I've used Prime95 almost exclusively since I got my Haswell-E gear to test my stable overclocks with NO issues. So you will be fine mate.

@ichihgo There is a voltage bug with prime95 but only on 1st gen haswell CPUs (4770K for example) when running prime95 they pull an additional 0.5mV and tend to get way hotter than they are ever supposed to and start throttling - so it is a very bad stability test for 1st gen Haswells.
