That is still a solid machine. I would personally get another SSD for games but if you're not happy with the framerate on some games then the GPU would be the next step probably. I don't see a point in upgrading the RAM unless you find yourself running out of RAM on a regular basis. As it was said above me; I wouldn't upgrade your CPU just yet, Hopefully Skylake will be impressive enough to upgrade.

I have some money to spend and was wondering what you guys would upgrade if you had my rig

Specs:

Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V PRO GEN3

cpu: Intel I7-2600k

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 680

PSU: Fatal1ty 750w

HDD: 500GB

SSD: 120GB

Can we have the full spec like cpu cooler case maybe monitor etc.

Personally I would be getting another ssd for games, I too have only 120gb of ssd goodness and adding games to this just eats the space. Other than that possibly the gpu dependant on your current performance in games.

What about your peripherals KB, Mouse etc, I recently upgraded my keyboard and it makes a huge comfort upgrade.

As far as hardware goes,you don't need to upgrade anything.

I would spend my money on new peripherals.

 i5 3570k @4.all over the place || CM Hyper TX3 Evo || ASRock Z77 professional-m || 8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws Z 2400mhz CL10 || MSI GTX770 2GB OC'd 1280/3825mhz || ADATA SP900 128GB || Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 || Logitech G502 || Audio Technica ATH-M50

I recommend upgrading your ram to 16GB if your motherboard can support it. After that I'd upgrade your GPU. I just retired my GTX 580 and I know how little of a performance increase there was between the two so you might want to think about that. Your CPU is probably fine though, I'd wait for skylake or look into the new CPUs AMD is supposed to release next year.
