Need help with Windows 10 Tech Preview

get vmware player. much better

For some reason I can't get Virutal Box to install Windows 10. Nothing really happens. I must be doing it wrong. Any help? Here are Virtual box's settings: Omw2Ryp.png

 

Here are what the two options that the windows install leads me to:

What to select then for what operating system will be installed for vmware
