Looking For Good Free Website Hosting

So i am looking to make a portfolio for some of my work such as graphics design and for rigs i have built i also want to be able to use my domain without paying to use it on the site if that is possible. i have already looked at weebly and u need to pay premium to use your domain. Thanks.

I use http://www.serversfree.com/ for a proxy, it's ALRIGHT, but not brilliant

Nope, free hosting is unreliable, often down and often has very bad tos. If the site is popular, the tos allows the free hosters to take it for himself.

There are enough very good and very cheap hosting sites - but don't use a free one. I don't know how old you are but let me tell you one thing:

Nothing in life is free - even when the price is 0, you'll pay with something else
