Case Fans aren't running !

Hello guys,

 

Recently I got my new Pc. I picked the parts and let the system build together from a company. Everything was perfect, until I realized the Case-Fans weren't running. I thought they would run, when the Pc is under full-load so I played for like an hour Battlefield, but the Fans still weren't running. Is there a Programm with that I can controll the Fans or see If they are even plugged in ? Maybe the company forgot to install them, but I don't think so.

Check if everything is plugged

Set fan control from mobo to auto. I'm guessing you have 3pin fans that are trying to use PWM controls.

Are any of the fans spinning?

Is there a Programm with that I can controll the Fans or see If they are even plugged in ?

Open up your case, and trace the wires. If they are plugged in correctly, go look at your BIOS.
