i can find up to 6 fan ones but no more

and also what kind of mobo can handle like 10-15 fans?

None that I know of honestly.

and what would be a good power supply for that an i-5 and a 270x or maybe 280x

600 watts should do you good. If you're on a budget, the Corsair CX600 is a good choice. Don't know any others on the top of my head.
