Is there a "safe" youtube video downloader for android?

I used to get/use tubemate from the amazon app store, but when I wiped my phone and went back, I did not see the right one, only a throng of copycats.  I almost installed one of them then looked at the permissions and it almost looked like it said keylogger, it seemed to want almost root access to the phone...

 

 

I don't trust them.

 

Is there a trustworthy youtube video downloader for android?  

 

 

I am impelled not to squeak like a grateful and frightened mouse, but to roar...
