android wont update...

so i just got the moto G and im trying to update it to kitkat 4.4.4. its 4.4.3 atm. when i try to it just says "an unexpected error occurred, try again later."

 

help?

What Moto G do you have, because the update isn't available for some of the models(like my standard unlocked model)?

If you really want you could root, unlock bootlader, install custom recovery and install a custom ROM like CM11 to get the latest android version plus other features. I highly recommend you do research on how to do this on your exact phone and build number.
