everytime my pc starts it will get to the windows starting page, it will crash but i can only use it when i under clock it to about 2ghz....

a little bit more info might help.

what PSU are you using? what CPU? what Mobo? what OS?

ive got a gigabyte 78lmt usb3 mobo, radeon 7770 gpu amd fx 4350 cpu and im not sure the psu make but its 500w
