Anyone who knows how to plug in a RC receiver into a board for a quadcopter?

Hey, I am in a hurry atm so I can't make a long story here.

 

I have a quadcopter kit that I am putting together, and I have the FlySky FS T6 transmitter with it's corresponding receiver.

I need to plug the receiver into a board called the Flip 1.5.

I have no idea how to plug it in, can someone explain me how to do that with DETAILED instructions, since I am a complete noob?
