CS:GO COOLDOWN VALVE WTF!?!?

Visualantics

i was in a competitive game today and my game crashed... so i restarted my game and reconnected then it would kick me for Pure server: file [game]\pak01_015.vpk does not match the servers file. so i did some research online already knowing i would get a 30 minute cooldown because i couldnt connect. so the steamcommunity forum told me to delete the file and reverify the game cache. so i did and i palyed 1 game fine until i closed my game to hop back on to play again and i got the same error again. so thats an extra 2 hours added to my cooldown so im like WTF. so later in the evening i look to paly some CSGO also after doin what i did when it first happened.so i find a game of MM and and join it so first round is doing fine but second round it crashes and as i try to restart my game and rejoin as fast as i can i get a new error telling me this :Game files have been detected to have no signatures, not allowed to join VAC. so now im screwed for 24 hours. now for the third time have reinstalled CSGO and reverified my game cache. still wondering if it will work. anyone know a way to fix this so i wont get anymore cooldowns?
