CPU useage

I just built my computer about 2 weeks ago and when ever i play game my CPU usage jumps to 70% - 80% is this normal? its not overheating i have a H105 water cooler and it stays around 50 C. the games i have played are GW2, WOW, and Archeage. please help.

i am running windows 8.1

 

my full build is

I5 4690k, with

msi z97 gaming 5 mother board,

MSI gtx 970,

16GB of Gskill ram at 2133

EVGA 650 watt power supply

That's actually normal during workloads, if you're trying to decrease CPU or GPU usage it's not possible, that's the kinda horsepower it takes to run this kinds of task, Just panic if the whole system freezes or shuts down, for now , you got nothing to worry about.
