Hello im looking for cheapest pc parts that could aslo ship in europe im looking for good motherboard that supports pcie 3.0, im thinking about buying GTX 980 but tell me if you know cheaper and better cards and finally i need I7 4k cuz im streamer and i want best performance cuz i stream different games and im 16 years old so its hard for me to get money

i can buy em in every shop if they ship it to my place and i can buy any currency euros dollars or litas
