It will boot your computer into safemode, Uninstall every last part of your previous driver before rebooting your pc back into normal boot. After that try reinstalling.

Well I don't have any problems with 14.9 and I also got R9 290 CF....

Did you uninstall the previous drivers and reboot, and did you pick the desktop version?

Nothing same error, i'll just use the older driver for now i guess.
