have one of my htpc inside a Silverstone ML03 Black Slim HTPC Case , using matx board , only draw back you have to use one of their sfx power supplies which cost a bit more

but fits in nice  with my other video/audio gear , looks like a blueray player sitting there

I used the Silverstone ML03B, using a Corsair CX430M PSU and it worked great. The PSU connections were VERY tight behind the optical drive, but you could slide the drive out to seat everything, then inch it back in. This case also works well standing on it's side, with the entire mesh side panel up for cooling.

Thanks. Will take a look at this one. Seems pretty good. I have CX 500 lying around. You think I can fit that into this case?

Silverstone makes a ton of great htpc cases
