Recently I have noticed that during games, my case starts making loud fan noises, louder than it used to be. A few minutes ago I checked it out. It turns out one fan isn't spinning. It's a GTX 770 DCU2 still under warranty. Should I get it replaced or is there a way to fix it?

 

Driver: 334.11

OS: Windows 8
