Secondary unlinked Gpu?

Whats the point of that... I'm sure it will work but its pointless.

As a quick question, I was wondering if i could buy a cheapo gpu just for powering monitors. it wil not be for gaming of any kind.

Why not just use the integrated or onboard instead,  what's the real point of getting a cheapo GPU since some motherboards can also support dual-monitors if that was what you were going for.
