i would just like some tips on how i can improve this. these parts are based off earlier suggestions i got:

put the extra cash for a 7950...the cheapest is 264$$$

where did you see one for 264?

It looks good with the 7950. :)

 

Edit: Get the Hyper 212 Evo. It's a better cooler.

If your planning to overclock I would use a different cooler (Choose any of Corsairs closed loop liquid ones)

 

For the SSD you can get a Samsung that has better write speeds for roughly $10 more. ($99 on ebay)

 

I would probably go a 7950 for value for money.

 

Also I used to have the fans that you are going to buy, they are pretty loud. Buy Noctua N14's I think they are or the new Corsair quiet ones (I have those now and they are great)

I'm going to have to correct you on that. The Samsung 840 has worse write speeds. It has better both random and sequential read speeds though--which is more important than writing speeds in determining how fast an ssd feels.

Unless you want really high-end thermal paste, just use the stock stuff that come with the cooler.  And yeah upgrade to the EVO, not the plus.
