Well first I would analyze how you learn, are you visual, auditory, or kinaesthetic? http://www.brainboxx.co.uk/a3_aspects/pages/vak_quest.htm This should help, then just look up the most effective studying method for your learning style

in all seriousness this is right

This is what i always do and i am a straight As student.

Study one chapter, do related questions to the chapter. Ensure to mark the questions that you got wrong.

Do the above step until you are completed with the entire module and then do all of the questions you did before yet again but put more emphasis on the questions you got wrong (i personally redo the entire thing once, then go back and redo the questions i got wrong again)

So i essentially did the entire module questions atleast twice and the ones i got wrong 3 times :)

What I do is completely turn off all distractions. Mute your phone, close your door, put your computer to sleep. Then set a timer for 30 min and just go ham on every single question you can fit in that time slot. As much as you can, as fast as you can. After 30 min, use 2 min to check your answers against the textbook, and take a 10 min break. Do whatever you want. At exactly 10 min after, start by correcting any mistakes and proceed to the the next bunch of questions you can finish within 30 min. Then rinse and repeat.

I scored 7 in green, 6 in blue and 5 in purple. What should I do

According to the key at the bottom, You are mostly Auditory and Visual, maybe try researching on youtube, find videos related to what you're learning I would say.
