Is liquid cooling even worth it?

(For editing/gaming/overclocking)???

Not really...the price to performance of spending $600+ on a custom loop is....quite low. But it also depends on how valuable your time is. You can do some heavy overclocks on custom loops (unless your cards/chips are duds), which can increase render time by a decent amount...so if the amount of time saved is worth more than $600 then yes, its worth it.

My time is not that worth it :) , I just want to get my intel 5820k to 4.5hz :'(, and I would like to go with sealed coolers, ok?? :(

We thought you said water cooling, on a tech forum it means custom loops, not sealed AiOs -_-

You can get to those clocks (if the chip allows) with an AiO or an air cooler; we usually recommend Air coolers because of their simplicity, reliability, price, performance, quietness and longevity. AiOs are only good for looks, form factor/size and a bit lower temps on the high end range.

What do you have in mind?
