Network is trolling with me

Hello, I'm using "eduroam" network. It's used by most of Lithuania's universities. When ever I try to download from torrent(legal file, nothing illigal) network stops, it stops for my room mates too. I have to restart PC to get it back working. But they can download without any problems. :?

Are they downloading it from the exact same site?

Eduroam can be weird sometimes. My german university is using it too and it behaves very strange. My Macbook, as well as all the other OSX computers, have double to tripple the download speed of the Windows Laptops. In the same network!

Molex to SATA, lose all your data

A VPN should do the trick

Seems that it works.Thnaks :) . Any idea if it's possible to solve without it?
