correct me if im wrong but the tdp on haswell is higher than ivybridge and a 780..., you might be getting close to the psu max.

iirc, the tdp is less because of the new architecture :)

Looks solid. I'd get the non pro samsung 840 to save some money. The difference between the pro and non-pro isonly really important when the ssd is used as a scratch disk.

For a boot drive/applications, the non-pro feels the same. You could bump up to the 250GB version for video game space.

 

Edit: Also, platinum is overly expensive. A bronze plus will do.

It would be better to post again when you're closer to buying.  If you pick parts now, and you don't buy within 3 days, your build is going to change as more hardware is released this year.
