Hello. I'm soon going to be building a gaming PC which has these specs. If you guys want, review the specs and tell me what you think I could do to improve the build, thank you. My budget is 1000$.

Not to completely bash on your parts, but... your gpu is extremely under powered compared to the rest of your system.

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Why the Xeon? An i5-4690k would be fine, and at $234.98

Because if he is not going to OC then it is a lot better option since the price difference is small and you dont need Z97 for XEON so that will get price on the same level or even lower as if you went with i5.

Doesent Xeons include stock cooler? I mean they come in a box like any i5 or i7 big enough to carry stock cooler.
