It does not matter what they were made for.As long as they do perform. At least, Xeon E3-1231 V3 does(still above the top AMD cpu).

The point of this topic was not for server cpus but for gaming use cpus and in real world senarios, aka experince feedback not benchmarking.

The simple fact is Intel have the fastest processors. That doesn't mean every Intel chip is faster than every AMD chip, it just means that clock for clock and core for core, Intel's offerings are faster. Since most games can only address 2-4 cores, for gaming Intel has the advantage in terms of raw performance - although it may lose in terms of performance per dollar. Fortunately, CPUs make barely any difference to gaming performance even at 4K so it doesn't really matter what you go for as long as you avoid getting a potato. I shouldn't think an 8350 would bottleneck whatever GPU setup you have for gaming at 4K so in that sense it's largely irrelevant - GPU is what's going to matter the most.

This is why i am trying to find the best value for money so i can spend more on my gpu. In my country the price difference between amd setup and intel is around 100 euros

Xeon E3-1231 V3 is basically an i7-4770(minus the igpu), which is 4770k slightly underclocked without unlocked multiplier.

Which is consistently better in gaming benchmarks:

Even in BF4: http--www.gamegpu.ru-images-stories-Test

Aside from farcry 3 and CoH2.

Please tell me how in your experience, fx-9590 beats Xeon E3-1231 V3 or i7-4770/4770k...etc. consistently.

Okay... Well I'm assuming that people don't want to buy server grade hardware just for gaming. It's way more expensive and gives very little gaming performance per dollar. So sure, if you want the absolute best performing computer and have absolutely no restrictions on money, then go ahead. I just want to say that all in all, an AMD cpu has by far the best price to performance ratio, but it seems like that isn't at all what you are concerned about, so I don't believe we will ever come to an agreement.

It's (for gaming) basically an i7-4770 without the igpu/overclockability.  It's quite a bit cheaper than i7...

That's the point of buying it for gaming; because it's CHEAPER than i7...at about $30 more than i5-4690k.

Price to performance ratio of AMD is only good in limited applications.

When games(there are very many) require good IPC of intel, AMD fails hard(does not matter which one you get).

It holds true even in low budget cpu(such as pentium G3258 vs. Athlon x4 860k...they perform almost the same in BF4 which makes enough use of multiple cores, yet Pentium G3258 is cheaper and has igpu(which can now help you with video en/de/transcoding)...and kicks Athlon's ass in games that only use 1-2 main threads).
