Windows cannot recognize my new unallocated SSD

Hey guys. So I got this problem that disc manager doesn't recognize my new ssd drive, there is no "black" unallocated drive in the disc manager. But both BIOS and device manager recognize the new SSD. Samsung magician says that it "unable to detect SATA interface details" but it can detect my other SSD that is the exact same model... It's the Samsung 840 EVO 120 gb version.

you need to go to partition manager and it should prompt you to deal with the drive, this happened to me yesterday

I don't know if it will help you, but I got something similar sounding with my HDD. I had to formate it externally, over a Sata3 to USB 3.0 connector. After that Windows recognized the drive.

I once had one of these, now I've got this.

dang well it happend to me yesterday, my drive was in the bios and device manager but i could not write to it, i want to partion manager and it promted me to do something, check the partition manager to allocate anyway
