Best fans for radiators 120mm + pump

My father would like to know what would be the best 120mm fan would be for a radiator.

He would also like to know what would be the best pumps (yes two of them) would be for 2x 360mm 1x 480mm

I think hes trying to waste my time with this but i'm going to trust him for once.

                        No budget.

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

Some good ones are Noctua NF-F12's either the industrial or regular ones or NB eLoops.

 

Pump get a D5, they are fairly well regarded.

Noctua NF-F12 for performance and silence, the industrial ones if you want amazing performance but they get loud

Good fans would include Scythe Gentle Typhoons, Noiseblocker E-Loops and blacksilent pros, Noctua NF-F12s and Silverstone AP121. A good pump is the Laing D5.
