Mic volume resetting itself.

For the past few days i have had a problem where my microphone keeps setting itself back to 100% volume randomly when i am using my computer, this is pretty annoying because when i am in teamspeak or playing CS:GO my microphone volume could be fine and then it changes and it deafens everybody. Does anybody know what the cause could be? any help is appreciated.
