Hi Sir,I think I can help you out here with some small tips.I don't think they will cost you.But please do try this

Reasons Why Your PC is Very Slow :

1) There are Fragments That Need To Be Defragged in The Reistry and the HDD.
2) HDD are slow and will Become slower if there are Fragments.
3) Windows needs Heavy Optimization and It Has Some Problems.
4) Your PC has Unwanted Softwares and Which Uses Massive Amounts of Memory.
5) Your PC may Not Be Clean and May have Dust In it.
6) Your PC's Drivers may Be Old Which Results in Huge Performance Loss.
7) Dust is a Major Problem for Performance Drops and It Can Destroy Your PC

Fix 1 :

1) Download iObit Advanced System Care 7.4 Pro and Driver Booster 1.5 Pro.
2) Open ASC 7 Installer and Install It and Make it into PRO.
3) Open Driver Booster and Install It and Make it PRO.
4) Run Deep Clean In ASC 7 PRO and while Scanning Uncheck 'Repair Automatically'
5) In ASC 7,Select Go To ToolBox,Open Startup Manager and Uncheck All The Startup Items.
6) Activate Turbo Boost in ASC 7 PRO
7) Open Driver Booster and Scan,Download and Install the Outdated Drivers

Fix 2 :

1) Open Your PC's Case
2) Disconnect All of Your Storage (HDD or SSD) and DVD Writer's Cables from Both The HDD's Socket and The Motherboard's Socket and Keep The Cables Separatley (Sata or IDE It Doesn't Matter !!).
3) Remove The Storage (HDD or SSD) and The DVD Writer From Your PC and Clean The Its Body and Its Socket .
4) Clean The Storage's And The DVD Writer's Body And The Socket.
5) Also Clean The All The HDD and DVD writer Brackets.
6) Clean The Whole MotherBoard With The Brush or With The Airblower.
7) Clean The Cables with The Brush (DO NOT CLEAN THE PARTS YOU REMOVED WITH AIRBLOWER OR VACCUM CLEANER BUT YOU CAN CLEAN THE MOTHERBOARD).
8) Reconnect all the Parts you removed.
9) Disconnect the Cables at the Back Of your PC and Clean The Sockets of Both With Any Thing (Brush,Air Blower Or Vaccum Cleaner).
10) Clean All Of (Front,Side Or The Back) The Fans with Anything On You PC's Case except The CPU Fan.
11) After Doing All Of These Steps, Remove the Side Panel of Your PC and Let Your PC sit for a While (10-30 Minutes) in an Open,a Well Ventilated Room and a Cool Room.

This Will Give you a 50% Better Performance,a Cooler and a Quiter PC.

But If You Want a Bit More Performance,Just Follow the Optional Fixes. This May Gonna Cost You.

This Step is even More Harder Than the Fix 2 so I Recommend To DO THIS ONLY IF YOU KNOW TO ASSEMBLE A COMPUTER.

Other Optional Fixes

1) Remove The Everything From The Case (Mobo,PSU,HDD.etc) and Clean The PC With a Dry Cloth and With the Vaccum Cleaner and The Blower.
2) If Your PC's Case Has an Air Filter(A Net In Front Of The Fans) Any Where,Clean It With The Brush First and With the Vaccum Cleaner and The Blower.
3) Clean The PSU's Fan From The Outside.
4) Re-Assemble the Parts with The Case and Do Some Better Cable Management !!.

Thats It !!
I am Sure This Works As I Have Tried This In My Old PC.Now I Have an SSD so There Isn't any Performance Issues.

Thank You For Spending Your Time.
All The Best and Good Luck.

what do you mean with throttling ??

It's when your processor reaches it TJ Max and throttels down to cool it self, basically downclocking.

aha thanks , I actually downloaded a monitoring program form Asrock, and I saw that the CPU limit was set to 60°C, up until that point my computer didn't make anymore noise than normally, but when going over this point, the pc instantly got louder...

Yo MeeplikestobuildPC's or Whatever your name is.Look Kid,Are you sure you know what you are talking about ? I used to have my Sony VAIO VGN-C31GH Laptop with Pentium 4 1.7 Ghz and 2 GB RAM with Vista in it.It was very slow and I installed Advanced Systemcare Pro and Driver Booster Pro,Scanned and Fixed issues and Updated many Drivers and that thing was running like Charm.I still have her because I travel alot.Even I have both of those Softwares installed in my Current PC.It has no lags or any other issues.I have experience in whatever I talk about kid.Mr.Antonymus19,I highly recommend you to Install those 2 softwares. Please try if that works for you before you listen to that kid.I am Damn sure It would speed up your PC and Gaming Experience (Not FPS,Just In-game,In-Software Loading but Updated Drivers would help in FPS Increase though).iObit guys have been R&D'ing for Years to bring out the Ultimate PC Tune-up and THIS IS IT !! Thank you

Please try my Non-Costing Tune-up,Physical Clean-up method, sir. If it works, then You are going to save alot of $$$ ! I am damn sure it will work but in any reason,It didn't,You can go for the SSD (Samsung SSD 840 EVO would be good) and the CPU Cooler (Hyper 212X and not the EVO).Thank you

If I was you I'd seriously consider trying to dump that computer on someone else and then build up your own computer from scratch. Quite honestly for 700 euros you could do a lot better.

I compared it with some other pc on amazon and that one seemed best price/quality, and the reviews were also good,

I bought it in january, and I only started to become very interested in computer building since a month or two, I also know nobody who would buy this from me for a reasonable price...

But my next computer will surely be  self-built, and none of that prefab shit, I've ha it with these overpriced boxes with only problems...

Replacing the heatsink doesn't void your warranty.

That depends some prebuilds are really strange warranty rules like if you open your case you will void your warranty.

I have seen cases with stickers / plastic hoops on the side panle that say warranty void if removed.

Also OP if your with in warranty time maybe you can return it and get a refund then build your own better system for the same / less money?

Cause by the sounds of it that is not a healthy rig at all.

I actually contacted the customers service and they said that I can send it back to them, they won't give me a refund, but they would inspect the thing and replace a component when there's something wrong...

but the real problem is that the costs to send it back have to be payed by me... and sending a 10 kg package to Berlin (while I live in France) would be very expensive... so you could say that I'm in a bit of a pickle...

Yeah i can see that being a problem honselty i would try to sell it off if its possible.

And take the cash + the cash you where willing to spend on replacemnt parts and build your own.

cause spedning money on upgrades on a pc that is falling a part sounds like a massive wase of money to me.

But i guess its really up to you and what you want to do.
