780 galaxy Hall of Fame vs G windforce 970

I'm getting my first dedicated GPU, I'm not sure what to get, as these to cards are almost identical price at this time in AUS. (NOTE: the 780 is 140 dollars off original price and the 970 is RRP). Now I don't care about temps or noise I just want bang for the buck and raw compute performance!!!!!!!

970 G1 Gaming. According to various benchmarks, its better than 780 and sometimes on par with 780ti

Eh, 970 uses less power and has more Vram
