Well almost everyone here will tell you to build it yourself and save a bunch of money, but if you really don't want to build it then look around at different retailers/builders and see who has the best offers on the same hardware.

always go custom.  even if you dont want to go custom get someone else to custom build it for you instead of overpaying for a prebuilt.

But I want it to look nice and I feel I can't get the cable management right

I can understand, but at the same time if you get a good case, then it's not difficult at all to make it look great. Just a few cable ties and hey-presto!
