i have an AMD RADEON 7950 windforce by gigabyte card and I am planning to get another monitor(Benq rl2455HM) but when I plug in the HDMI cable in (on the monitor i already own, same one) and started up my computer the display screen doesn't fit the full size of the monitor.the two HDMI cables I had are normal ones, one is my ps3 cable and i found another one but both had the same results but I could kind of noticed the resolution was as sharp.is this a cable problem or is it my graphics card not supporting two 24inch screens, or maybe my monitor have a max of one display. i have tried going into control panel and maxed out the resolution and screen size same goes for the monitor's settings. Thank You for helping me

Got to CCC and mess with the overscan setting.

Overscan is a setting for graphics cards using HDMI to fit a TV screen because they're sometimes "off" and the image won't fit completely. Hence the over or underscan. It resizes the image to fit the screen.
