Guys, does this mean he's cheating? I've given 209 damage & he was still alive & killed me.

*Be sure to go name and shame them on the VAC bans section on the Steam forums, that way he will get banned.

So, it's not possible in game, right? I want to be 100% sure that he was cheating, so I can report him then.

No this happens all the time, I damaged someone for 523 and it happens quite a lot.

However, it shouldn't be possible in competitive or casual, so I'm tempted to say yes he is cheating. But it's such an obvious cheat if it is. Cheaters usually try to be either more subtle by toggling a wallhack occassionally or making an aimbot look like a fluke, or far more blatant by noclipping and shit. This is peculiar because anyone who shoots him a bunch and dies to him can blatantly see something is wrong and screenshot it like you have.

No...It's pre-game; CS treats pre-game like a singular round. He's respawned in this round and the game just keeps adding onto the damage you've done to him.

Look at the bottom of the screenshot. "waiting for players to connect" It's pre-game round bud  :P
