Dual Monitor Setup

Hello techers,

I want to run a dual monitor setup but i need some help. 

Are there things i need to be vary of when buying my second monitor? I'm currently running http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236307 and thinking of buying this    http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.FG6AA.B01

Are these 2 compatible and last but not least how do i get started once i get my 2nd monitor, what cables ect are required?

There should not be any problems other than they might be different heights. You would need another video cable.

Hey. What monitor you get it no problem, the same size can be handy. But you're not going to want dualmonitor setup if you want to game on both, the bezel would simply be in the middle in all your games.

Haha, I misread the end of your post and thought you were trying to tell the OP that he/she needed another Video Card, and I'm thinking "what the heck? No he/she doesn't.". It pays to read things twice or even thrice if needed. :D

Ok so all i need is a display connector? The problem is this computer doesnt support DisplayPort does that mean i wont be able to fully utilize the 144hz?
