what is the best monitor for dual 1080?

i work on 3d modeling, so i'd like to have reference photo on one screen, and then one on the modeling.
it doesn't have to have an ultra think bezel because i use them as separate monitors, but my requirements are:
1080p
under 24" but over 20"
not too thick of a besel
and cheap

i know it's hard to find one, but if you come to see any monitors that would go under $120 please tell me.
