Hi there!

So I turn my computer on, it turns on. It flashes the windows logo while it loads and then the screen goes black. Important note: I cannot use my mouse like some people can with boot problems. If I unplug my mouse and keyboard, the computer boots just fine. I have gone into the BIOS and changed some things in the boot order and that didnt help. Here's all my boot options and how it's currently set up:

Windows Boot Manager

UEFI IPV6 realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

UEFI IPV4 realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

USB Floppy/CD DISABLED

USB Hard Drive DISABLED

Legacy Boot Sources DISABLED

I disabled both the USB sources hoping that would fix the problem but it didn't. If anyone has any suggestions/comments I would greatly appreciate any help!

Side note - this has only been happening since I got my new mouse. It's a Logitech g402 and the keyboard is a logitech k800

Thanks!

I would try multiple different USB ports on your computer. Also, maybe a windows update once you get booted into windows. I used to have this issue with my AlienWare keyboard, every 5 boots or so it would freeze until I removed the USBs and rebooted. Possibly try an upgraded driver for your mouse and keyboard.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.
