Picking a monitor around $200

I'm looking for a monitor around $200 and I'm having trouble since it needs display port and hdmi. My gtx 760 has one of each and most display port using monitors are expensive. the hzs don't matter and the response time would be nice around 2ms. And I looked into getting a spitter for display port and I want to know how that works.
