Ok so to be perfectly honest I was playing around with overclocks last night on the CPU and GPU,

The pc will start,

It will let me in the BIOS

It will get as far as 'Run system repair' and 'Start Windows Normally'

starting normally results in a blue flash and then black/nothing
system repair cannot fix the issue and recommends restoring back to a point in time

I have done both.

The CPU and GPU must be fine because im getting picture from PCI-E 1 according to the BIOS

and the CPU is running it all so im confused as to why nothings functioning.

I'm not sure why it wont let me boot at all any help would be appreciated :)

Try running system repair from the Windows 7 CD or USB.
