Looking for Perfect Monitor for my PS4, please help!

Hi, I am looking for a new good quality monitor to replace my cheapo isnignia 24" monitor... (Yes, insignia made a monitor.) I am really looking for something that has great color, to increase my experience. I've looked at tons of monitors and sites but I still can't make a decision I am comfortable with. Anyway my budget is under 300. I need:

:IPS or VA display

:Semi glossy, or glossy screen. (Or at least a non grainy matte)

:60hz

:23-24"

:1920x1080

:16:9
