Hey guys,

after watching Linus´ LG 34UC97 review I´m totally into 21:9 (2560x1080) gaming. He said that it would be 33% harder to drive but for example in the 980 review the 4k content which would (at least in my understanding) be four times harder to drive than 1080p has "only" an impact of about half the fps. So will it actually be 33% harder or not because I´m kind of confused right now?

it all depends. what Linus is trying to say is 2560x1080 has 33% more pixels than 1920x1080 there for 33% harder to drive but that doesnt mean it is going to perform 33% less it all depends on the game, your GPU and the drivers it can be no diffrence to 20FPS diffrence.
