Healthy Snack Tips?

Alright I am going to start off with saying this is the wrong place to ask sense all we do is sit on the computer and eat junk food all day. But I am trying to loose a little bit of fat *I am not unhealthy to begin with* and try and get some abs *hoping*. The problem is that junk food is tasty and I need some ideas for healthy snacks that dont taste like crap. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I hardly ever eat junk food.....

making a little fruit bowl usually tastes pretty good

strawberries, grapes, apples, honeydew, etc.

or a waldorf salad

(look up the good eats episode on youtube)

 

but exercise is the way to go for abs honestly

If you want abs you need to drop down to around 12% bodyfat, not achieved by just healthy snacking. And of course, doing a proper weight training routine will help with making them grow.

i really like those noodle chinese soups , maybe not healthy in a natural ingredients way , but not caloric and fill you up real good

Go running, it helps with stress and you can lose weight at the same time. Also, everyone can run! :D

I actully do work out quite a bit. I run atleast a mile and a half a day and play tennis for 2 hours a day.

A major thing would be to stop drinking sugary drinks (Pop, energy drinks, etc.) You will see a huge difference

that doesn't exactly build your muscles

 

do some weight training or find an ab building exercise program
