pc issue

Okay so a friend of mine bought a new pc through newegg well the problem is the pc monitors go blank like sleep mode when he games has to restart pc

 

system specs

amd fx 8320

8gb ddr3

windows 8.1

NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 1GB

500w power supply

 

 

we already tryed turning off sleep mode and screen display to never in settting.

 

 

im starting to think this is a psu or video card issue maybe im wrong love some help so i can help him out

Maybe the pc overheats and goes to sleep. Did you try checking the temps.
